Perlim is launching a new controlled appellation of origin line within its “country harvest” range for its walnuts in shell and its kernels. (October 2002) PERLIM NOIX has built its reputation up over several years of export thanks to its PERLIM “country harvest” reference, nuts washed in clear water at the farm, which represents more than 80% of the tonnages. This product is packed in transparent cellophane (500g, 1kg) in such a way that shows the natural appearance of the product and it has a specific label that states precisely this factor.
