At the fruit packing station located in St-Aulaire (Corrèze-19), the implementation of an ultramodern electronic sorting drum is working towards producing a product of a very high level of quality. This sorting drum automatically selects the grades, weights and colours in several lines, and eliminates empty and broken walnuts.

The result is an impeccable finished product: improved consistency of the walnut colour and the elimination of defective walnuts.
